Your First Appointment
At the start of your first visit to Kanaka Creek Family Dental, you will begin by filling out our new patients forms and a medical history.
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early for your appointment to fill them out.
Initial Examination
During your appointment, we will conduct a complete dental exam, and take x-rays, to establish a baseline for your oral health, and plan any future dental treatment. We will also perform a dental cleaning.
Finally, we will discuss your dental health goals with you, answer any questions you may have, and establish a dental healthcare plan customized to your needs.
